Recipe of Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Take a bowl big and put one tablespoon of butter in it. Now there’s time to add some spice. Let’s add in it 3 table spoon of hot sauce. Yes! Now it’s going to be hot and spicy. Don’t forget to add one teaspoon of vinegar and then stir it all to mix the ingredients. Now put the bowl aside.
Get one big head of cauliflower and wash it in fresh water. Once get dried, cut it and roast these cauliflower pieces. Now pour over it the mixture you prepared just few minutes ago in a bowl. Mix it well so all the pieces of cauliflower get a little coating of the mixture.
After mixing take a big plate or tray. Spread the paper or tissue on it and put the cauliflower pieces on it. Put the tray in the oven and roast it again at 400 degree for up to 10 minutes maximum.
While cauliflower pieces are getting roasted in the oven, let’s prepare the buffalo sauce. Put 2 table spoon of olive oil in a pan. Put the pan on stove at low heat. When the oil gets heated, put in the oil one clove of garlic crushed or chopped. Fry it a bit but don’t make it brown.
Take a blender and put this fried garlic in the blender. Add half cup of yoghurt in it. And then you need to add a quarter of avocado sliced in small pieces. Sprinkle one tablespoon of parsley as well in the blender and yes don’t forget 1 table spoon of chives and one tablespoon of dill. Now get a quarter teaspoon of cider vinegar and then add same amount of onion powder and honey as well. Missing something? Yes missing spicy taste of your buffalo sauce. Add a pinch of pepper and salt. Now all you need to do is to blend this until there comes out a smooth buffalo sauce in mild greenish colour. Now your buffalo sauce is ready but refrigerate it for some time to make it better.
