In this massage, you have to place one or two fingers in the sanyinjiao acupressure points. Now, move the figures in a circular motion with gentle firm pressure.

Qihai (CV6):

The Qihai acupressure point is also called CV6, which is located on the conception vessel meridian and is thought to influence the lower abdominal organs and overall energy. The point location is roughly 1 to ½ inches below the navel. In the Qihai acupressure points, place your fingers in the location point, then by using gentle pressure move the fingers in a circular motion. Make sure the pressure of moving fingers is not too hard because this area is sensitive. You can massage at this point for two to three minutes.

Zhongwan (CV12):

This acupressure point is also named as cv-12 and it is located at the abdominal wall associated with the pancreas. This is one of those acupressure points that are considered to be the effective therapeutic point for the diseases of the digestive organs like the stomach, spleen, pancreas, etc.

Weishu (BL21):

Weishu “BL21” is on the 5th number on our list of acupressure points and the point is located where the Qi of the stomach is infused into the back. Just like the other acupressure points, place your two fingers on the point and move the fingers with gentle pressure in a circular motion. You can do a massage on this point for 1 to 2 minutes. It is suggested that you not massage on this point if you have any contraindicated conditions such as a slipped disk.
